1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Pan India): 7-15 business days
- Local Delivery (Agra & nearby areas):
- In-stock / Ready products: 1 day (if product is available)
- Made to Order / Custom jewellery: 5-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (available on request)
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in Agra (orders placed before 2 PM, subject to stock)
2. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping Charges (applicable for all customers - New & Repeat):
- Orders above ₹30,000 - FREE standard shipping across India
- Orders below ₹30,000 - ₹299 shipping charge
Express & Same-Day Charges:
- Express shipping (2-3 business days) - ₹199 additional charge
- Same-day delivery (Agra only) - ₹299
Note: Free shipping on orders above ₹30,000 is applicable only for standard shipping within India. Express and Same-day deliveries have additional charges as mentioned above.
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver across India and internationally. International shipping rates vary by country.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Custom jewellery orders may take 7-15 business days
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Instructions
- Please provide complete delivery address including landmark
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- Valid ID may be required for delivery
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured for the full value. In case of damage or loss, we will resend the product or provide a full refund.
9. International Shipping
For international orders:
- Delivery time: 10-18 business days
- Customs duties and taxes may apply
- International shipping rate: Calculated at checkout
